About me and my practice

I have a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (PROF. Dip Psy C.) / 2019 and a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision. I am a fully accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy society (NCPS).

I am an integrative counsellor and I draw on a number of different modalities depending on what you would like to get from counselling.

These approaches include elements of CBT, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and person-centred therapy.

I offer online, phone and face to face sessions to suit your needs.

I offer a 15 minute free online or phone consultation so that you can meet me and get a feel for how we might work together before commencing any sessions.

I work with a variety of different presenting issues, but have a special interest and experience in the following:

Addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Bereavement, Chronic Illness, Depression, Eating Disorders, Relationships, Self-Harm.

I have 5 years of clinical experience, working in private practice and I have extensive experience working with the following presentations:

Abuse, Addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Eating Disorders, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Self-Harm, Sexual Abuse, Sexual Dysfunction, Stress, Trauma

I also have two years of experience working with EAP clients through a Workplace Wellbeing Service.
